What?

Today i go to work by my bike.
on my way, i hear someone call me,
he ask for me stop driving and give me a letter!
he say the letter is someone give me.
i guess it's must be a misunderstand!
because i don't know he and never see he...
than i open the letter in my office, the letter say:
i always saw you and i want to make friend with you...
and he write his phone number under the letter...
other words i really don't know what he want to say!
his writing is hard to read.

it is strange... and i feel terrible.

i don't have any interest in that.
anyway... i hope he can understand my answer!
